Bio

Marie Friedrich  is a graduate assistant in the department of Art History at the WWU Münster. She studied Art History and Anthropology at the University of Münster (WWU) and Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU), and received her bachelor's degree in 2020. Currently, she is working towards her M.A. in Art History and the Poetics of Culture. Her primary professional focus is modern and contemporary art, with an emphasis on post-colonial studies, gender studies, feminist art, and activist art.
